Thank you for shopping with Brands Paradise! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about our return and exchange process.

1. Return Policy

You have 20 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags. 
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • Returns must include a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice). 
  • For items received damaged or faulty, we require a video taken while opening the package as proof. This helps us process claims with our courier partners quickly. 

⚠️ Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

We do offer exchanges, under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are available for the same item (if in stock) or another item of equal or lesser value. 
  • Buyers must cover both sides of postage costs (sending the item back and shipping the replacement). 
  • Alternatively, exchanges can be processed in person at our Sydney warehouse by appointment.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at admin[at]brandsparadise[dot]com[dot]au with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. If applicable, attach the unboxing video or photos showing the issue. 
  3. Our team will confirm return eligibility and provide return instructions. 
  4. Package your item securely and post it to the return address provided. 

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
